Betting on the Betway Summer Plate Handicap Chase

Punters are of course going to try and separating as much cash from the bookies and their satchels over at the Market Rasen racecourse this coming Saturday the 20th of July 2019, and one race that they are going to have the very best chance of doing just that in is in the 15:20 race of the meeting that being the long awaited Betway Summer Plate Handicap Chase race.

There is no rock-solid red-hot favourite to win that race this year and that means there are some very high odds attached to each of the runners in that race, inclduing the horse that is attracting the most money on the ante post betting markets.

Most punters are not going to look much further than the top couple of horses in the betting, and currently you are going to find that most bookies have Gortroe Joe at 6/1 listed as the current ante post favourite for this race.

The second favourite does also have some tempting odds attached to it and that house is Ronava at 13/2, in fact you could back both of those horses to increase your chances of winning and still end up making a profit if either of them does cross the finishing line in first place so do keep that in mind!

Betting Each-Way

The nature of this race and the odds attached to all runners on the ante post betting markets means it is an excellent race to place each-way bets on, but as is always the case you need to find a bookie that is paying out to more places.

As for just which bookie that is, well if you place a bet at BetFred for example and that bet is an each-way bet you get the full odds on the win part of that bet if your horse wins and will also get paid out one quarter of the win odds it your chosen horses finishes in first, second, third or fourth place on the place part of that bet too.

Take Your Pick When Betting Each-Way

Apart from the first and second favourites to win this race there are plenty of other horses that could very easily make it into one of the top four places and some of them worth an each-way bet on include the likes of Pacific De Baune at 8/1 or any of the 10/1 shots including Casablanca Mix, Darcy Ward, Royal Village, Henryville, Theinval, Ennistown and More Buck’s

For some slightly higher odds on horses that may need just a tad of luck in running to fill one of the top four positions in this race, well any of the 12/1 shots could be worth a punt and those horses are currently Lord Bryan, Gone Platinum Trigger Nichol.

Then you have Demi Sang at 14/1 andno0 end of horses at 16/1 a couple of which could be worth a small bet each-way on include both Poker School along with Sizing Granit, but those odds could of course change at any time.
