Betting Update on the Andalucía Masters

Today I want to give you a quick update on the current state of the Andalucía Masters golf tournament, for it will be tomorrow that major tournament begins, and there has been plenty of action on the betting markets in the last few days.

Tow golfers that have caught the attention of plenty of punters appear to be both Sergio Garcia and Jon Rahm, for they have been backed to win some huge amounts of cash which in turn has led to most bookies slashing their odds right down to just 13/2 to win.

There are however some golfers that are massively overpriced in my option, and one that did jump off the betting boards this morning when I checked them out is Matthew Fitzpatrick who has to be a fair bet at his current odds of 10/1, and there is also a lot to be said of the chances of Joost Luiten, and whilst not a golfer many people follow, he is one that is worth backing in this tournament especially seeing as his odds are around the 20/1 mark right now.

Value Each-Way Bets

There are so many golfers taking part in the Andalucía Masters golf tournament this year, much like any other year, it’s true to say that you are going to have to have some luck in betting to pick out the one that goes on to win it.

With that in mind and as bookies such as the top rated BetFred betting site are offering punters one fifth of the win odds on each-way bets and in addition to those generous odds are also paying out to seven places this year too, an each-way bet may be the best way of betting on this golf tournament.

Anyone Else Worth Backing?

If you are prepared to bet each-way rather than just picking out one golfer to have an outright winner bet on, then apart from the golfers that I have so far mentioned up above, there are plenty of others that could win or at the very least get placed this year.

As for just which golfers they are, well you have to respect the chances of golfers such as Mike Lorenzo-Vera and Julian Suri, and if you do get your skates on and back either of them right now you should not have any difficulties securing odds of 25/1 on both of them.

David Lipsky and Paul Waring are both experienced golfers in their own right, and I wouldn’t rule out either of them filling the top seven places in the Andalucía Masters this year and by backing them now at BetFred odds of 35/1 are up for grabs.

A few other golfers that are right in there with a chance of filling one of the top spots on the leader board of this golf tournament are Jorge Campillo, Thomas Detry and Andy Sullivan and you will be more than happy to back any of them at odds of 40/1 if you do rate their respective chances of winning.
