Chennai Super Kings worth a Punt at 2/1 to Win the IPL

A quick scan of the current state of the Indian Premier League betting markets does give you an idea as to just where the money is going on each team and does of course also give you an idea as to how the bookies rate each team’s chances of success too.

One team that does look something of a rock-solid bet today are the Chennai Super Kings, for they do have some impressive and experienced players that  make up their team, and over at the BetFred betting site they are offering what I do feel are some overly generous win odds on them winning the IPL in 2019 outright, and for reference those odds are 2/1.

If the favourite to win doesn’t shine this season, then it will of course be one of the other teams that will win the title, and as such for those of you that think success isn’t going to be coming the way of the early favourite you could always place a bet on the next team in the betting and that team are the Mumbai Indians who are easy to back right now at odds of 11/4.

In fact, looking at the odds on the top few teams on this betting market it would appear that the Delhi Capitals are not without their chances of success, and that may be a team you do fancy backing and if so make sure you mop up the 3/1 on them winning the title at BetFred quickly before they drop which they may just do of course.

Sunrisers Hyderabad

There is one team that I do feel has somewhat flown under the radar when it comes to the chances of them being crowned the champion team and the winner of the 2019 running of the IPL at many betting sites and that team are the Sunrisers Hyderabad.

The do have a good looking and talent squad of players, there is no escaping that fact and if you do fancy their chances, and I am confident that many punters will, then the odds on them winning the IPL over at BetFred are very tempting at 5/1!

Teams Not Being Backed Early

There are four other teams that are listed on the betting markets over at betting sites such as BetFred, however I do think it is only going to be those teams most loyal fans and supports that are going to be backing them, as their chances of winning are very low indeed.

The very first one of those teams are the Kings XI Punjab and they do look up against it this season for their win odds are high at 10/1, however those odds are not as high as the next team in the betting that being the Kolkata Knight Riders who are very easy to back at odds of 14/1, and then you have the likes of the Royal Challengers Bangalore at 33/1 and the Rajasthan Royals at 40/1!
