RBC Heritage 2019 Betting

The betting is well underway on the 2019 RBC Heritage PGA Tour and with that tournament having a huge $6,900,000 prize purse, there are plenty of golfers with one eye on a share of it. The tournament if being played out at the Harbour Town Golf Links course and below I will give you some insight into the current state of the betting markets.

Suffice to say though that you are going to need to locate a bookie offering you the best set of odds, and the one whose odds I will be quoting in this betting news story are Betfred’s who are also paying one quarter of the win odds to three place on their each-way betting markets too.

As it currently stands though, there is one golfer that is being heavily backed and all things considered he does have an outstanding chance of winning this PGA Tour and that golfer is of course Dustin Johnson who can be backed right now at odds of 5/4.

The odds do jump quite noticeably regarding the current second favourite, for that golfer is Ian Poulter and if you do fancy his chances of success in this tournament then you should be backing him sooner rather than later, and by doing so you will be able to secure odds of 5/1 on him.

Patrick Cantlay and Shane Lowry

You should always be prepared to keep your options open when betting on golf tournaments, and certainly check out some of those golfers lister higher up the betting markets as any of them could go on to win or at the very least get placed.

There are two other golfers that have been attracting a fair amount of support and they are Patrick Cantlay and Shane Lowry, and if you are quick you should still be able to secure odds of around the 8/1 mark on either of them.

Other Golfers Being Backed

Whilst some other golfers have been backed at much higher odds, it is those that are listed ip above that have been getting the most support from punters, however as always it will be up to you just which golfers you do fancy backing if any at all.

There are a couple of golfers that I do like the look off and they are Rory Sabbatini at 12/1 and Matt Kuchar at 18/1, and it wouldn’t be too much of a surprise if either of them did fill one of the top three spots in this tournament, and as such I have backed them both each-way, in the hope both of them do just that.

You may also fancy the chance of any of the other plethora of golfers taking part in this tournament  such as Emiliano Grillo at 20/and then you have the likes of the two current 22/1 shots those being Trey Mullinax and Scott Piercy at 22/1, followed not too far away in the betting by  C.T. Pan who looks a fairly reasonable bet all things considered at his win odds of 28/1.
