Take the Early Prices on the 2019 Ladbrokes Trophy

With bookies as eager as ever to get punters betting early on all upcoming horse races, and one major race that is yet to be run this year is the Ladbrokes Trophy Chase and that race as always is going to be run over at the Newbury racecourse.

Saturday the 30th of November is the day that race has been schedule to be run, and if you do fancy bagging some decent odds then keep on reading for below I will enlighten you on just what odds are available and just which horses are being backed early too.

A quick glance at the betting markets on this race will see that as far as the bookies go, they are not that confident as to just which horses  have the best chances of winning, and that is why the early favourite to win, that being a horse called Santini is being offered at overly generous odds of 7/1.

Two horses that I do feel offer some excellent value if you can get the odds I have seen being offered this morning are Topofthegame at 10/1 and Lostintranslation at 14/1 and I for one would not be too surprised if one of them did go on to take the spoils in this race.

One Quarter the Win Odds Betting Each-Way

I do like the chances of both Mister Malarky and Talkischeap much more so when backing them each-way, for with those horses having a decent chance of filling one of the top positions in this race and as they are also being touted at decent odds right now of 16/1 there is some value to be had by backing them each-way.

But, and this is a big but, when backing those two horses or in fact any other horses each-way you will need to find a bookie with the best each-way betting terms, and one bookie that is offering decent each-way betting terms right now are Coral who are paying out to four places at a quarter of the win odds too.

Horses worth a Speculative Punt

The odds are there for the taking on any of the other runners that are going to be taking part in this race, and one that does have some decent odds attached to it based on its current form is Kildisart at 20/1.

I am also sure that there will be some takers for the 25/1 odds that are being offered on Delta Work, Give Me A Copper, Kapcorse, Kemboy, Le Breuil and Vinndication, but it will be mostly each-way backers that are going to be mopping up those odds in the days ahead.

The rest of the field appear to have little chance of winning this race but with some luck in running may just fill one of the top four places, and for reference those horses are Beware the Bear, Cadmium, Dingo Dollar, Drovers Lane and Glen Rocco at 33/1 followed in the betting by Atlanta Ablaze and No Comment at 40/1
